Morerays Toolhouse & Plumbing Mart currently provides delivery within Kenya.

This shipping policy applies to all products available through our online store unless a specific product or order indicates otherwise.

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT), Nairobi time.

The estimated delivery time is calculated based on when the order is placed in relation to the order cut-off time, together with the applicable handling and transit time.

The estimated delivery time for orders within Kenya is 0–2 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by the time an order is placed, the order cut-off time, handling requirements, carrier transit times and public holidays.

Orders are shipped through available delivery arrangements, and transit time may vary depending on the customer's destination.

4. Order Handling

Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Sunday. Orders are prepared for transit according to the applicable order processing and handling schedule.

The actual time at which an order is handed over for delivery may depend on the order cut-off time and product availability.

5. Transit Time

Carrier transit operates Monday to Saturday. Transit time is the time taken by the delivery carrier to transport an order to the customer's destination.

Delivery may therefore vary depending on the customer's location and the carrier used for the order.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed in KES and are determined according to the shipping conditions applicable to the order.

Free shipping applies to orders of KES 80,000 and above.

For orders below KES 80,000, the applicable shipping cost will be determined and displayed according to the shipping rate applicable to the order.

7. Delivery Estimates

The stated delivery time of 0–2 business days is an estimated delivery period rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Public holidays and circumstances affecting carrier operations may change the estimated delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order, including the appropriate name, telephone number and delivery location.
