1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Morerays Toolhouse & Plumbing Mart website and purchases made through the website.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this website.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

Product images may vary slightly from the physical product due to photography, screen settings, packaging changes or manufacturer updates.

Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will communicate the available options with the customer.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES), unless otherwise indicated.

We may update prices, promotions and product availability from time to time. The applicable price for an order is the price presented during the purchasing process, subject to confirmation and availability.

4. Orders

Placing an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be subject to confirmation of product availability, payment and other relevant order details.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue involving availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, technical errors or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

5. Payment

Customers may pay using the payment methods made available during checkout or as otherwise communicated by Morerays.

An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Delivery and Collection

Delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the customer's location, the selected products and the delivery option available at the time of purchase.

Customers may also be offered collection from the Morerays physical store where that option is available.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Morerays currently accepts exchanges only and does not provide monetary refunds for returned products.

Eligible products may be exchanged within 2 days of receiving the product or purchasing it in store, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with applicable accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.

Exchanges are handled in store at our Gikomba, Nairobi location. Where the replacement product is of higher value, the applicable price difference is payable by the customer.

8. Customer Accounts

Where account registration is available, customers are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Customers should notify us if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
